What are you Reading? In recent months the Covid-19 has restricted many of our usual activities, and many of us have used some extra time by turning to “beach reads.” Considering the circumstances, I would say beach reads are the books that you can enjoy, even if you have no beach to rest your toes in. You can always have something engaging to read. (P.S. I am not really a big beach reader) This week I talk about an assortment of books I have enjoyed over the years. Please leave a comment about some books you have enjoyed this year. We can have a fun conversation about books. ~ Kevin
1491 has opened my eyes about the history of the Americas. Also, Little Blue Truck has been a favorite when a calming theme is needed.
Kevin,
I am enjoying An Army at Dawn by Atkinson and Jim Brosnan's baseball books, like The Long Season.
I look forward to talking more about books.
My favorite books so far from this year’s reading:
My 3:59 (local Bowling Green guy tells his cancer story, with great life lessons)
Scorecasting (essentially mythbusters for sports)
Missing Links (the only fiction I’ve read in my adult life, by my favorite author Rick Reilly, golf-themed and funny)
